Everyone manages to end up with the ends of lots of candle leftovers, where there's not enough to burn anymore but it still smells too good to throw away! This tutorial will walk through how to make the most of your candles. So why don't you have a go at revamping a candle and save a trip to the shops for a new one!
You will need:
Leftover candles with some wax still in them
A candle jar
Wicks
Microwave safe container
Spoon
Method:
1. Using a spoon, dig out the candle wax and combine the scents with ones that will complement each other.

2. Remove the metal wick from the jars you are reusing.
3. Microwave each group of wax in your microwave-safe container until it is all melted down, pausing to prod and stir it every minute.

4. Place a new wick in your jars.
5. Once the wax is melted, secure your wick with a piece of card across the top of the jar and slowly pour wax into the jar with the other hand, creating layers of different scents/colours.
6. Put the candles in the fridge until hard.
