Foodie Friday: tortilla pizzas

One of our lovely readers, Emily, has sent in some photos of her making tortilla wrap pizzas which are a quick, easy, healthy alternative to a full-blown pizza! Here is how she made this super-cheap meal...
You will need:
Tortilla wrap
Tomato paste
Cheese of your choice
Toppings of your choice
Method:
1. Cover your tortilla wrap in tomato paste.
2. Add some cheese.

3. Add your toppings of choice (Emily picked mushrooms because they were all she had in the fridge, a big plus of these pizzas is that you can add whatever you have to them) and some more cheese.

4. Put the tortilla pizza in the oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5. Dish up and enjoy!
